OLCA 2024 Member Benefit Alert Update

As we move into 4th quarter, we are hearing and seeing high increases in the employee benefits front. Many of the traditional insurance carriers you use to provide Medical and Oregon Paid Leave coverage are experiencing high increases and have filed large rate increases for 2025. 

As you consider options for 2025, it’s important you are provided a wide spectrum of options available in the market.  Whether you have 10 employees or 500 employees, know there are good solutions available to combat premium increases.
