During the meeting we will cover budgeting, and planning financially for the new year. We will share a CFO perspective into budgeting for landscaping business, with practical advice and guidance. We will take a detailed look into how each part of the budget is developed, which starts with the sales/production budget and overhead budget. We will bring it all together into a master budget, and then a cash flow forecast. Once we have these reports we will analyze and discuss how we can use them for strategic planning for the new year.
